• To secure your desired appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required. Please submit this deposit once you have selected your services to confirm your appointment. The deposit is applied to your total, and appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Please ensure that you bring the full payment for your services with you to your appointment. To avoid inconvenience, as waiting for payment can disrupt our schedule, a $20 fee will be applied if payment is not provided at the time of the appointment.

    • Payment Options:

      • Cash: Highly preferred.

      • Zelle: Payments can be sent to 423-432-2706.

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for both clients and stylists. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

    • If you arrive 25 to 30 minutes late, an additional fee of $15 will be added to your services.

    • Arrivals beyond 35 minutes will require rescheduling of the appointment.

    • Please note that if you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. To retain your original deposit, rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that only one rescheduling is permitted.

    • A $20 fee will be applied to any appointments scheduled outside of regular booking hours.

      Additional fees for appointments on off days are as follows:

      • Tuesdays: $25

      • Thursdays: $25

      • Sundays: $50

    • You will lose the deposits and a new deposit  will be required to reschedule. I do allow up to 24 hours to reschedule appointments to keep the included deposit. You can only reschedule once.

  • The location of your appointment will be provided 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    • In light of ongoing health considerations, we kindly request that no additional guests accompany you to your appointment. However, you are welcome to utilize our waiting room if needed.

    • If appointments are not available within your preferred time slots, a $25 fee will be applied to the requested services. To avoid these additional fees, please book your appointment in advance.

  • If you experience any irritation or discomfort, please inform us immediately. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure that you can comfortably enjoy the results of your service.

    • Accommodations for Illness or Injury: If you require special accommodations due to illness or injury, please discuss your needs with us. An additional starting fee of $120, plus the cost of the requested service, will apply. Please note that the final price may vary based on location.

    • No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be transferable. A new deposit will be required for any future appointments.

    • If you are booking and paying for a friend's services while also scheduling an appointment for yourself, a separate deposit of 30% ($30) will be required for each appointment. These deposits must be made separately.
